EMAAR Greens Bungalow I is a luxury residential project developed on a 10,000 sq.ft. plot, with a built-up area of approximately 12,000 sq.ft. The design is conceived as a refined residence that balances architectural grandeur, functional efficiency, and contemporary lifestyle needs.

The architectural planning is strongly guided by Vastu principles, ensuring a balanced spatial organization and intuitive flow across all functions. The layout features a prominent double-height ground floor, creating a strong sense of arrival and openness, while maintaining clear zoning between public, private, and service areas. Ample parking is integrated seamlessly within the planning without disturbing the architectural composition.

The architectural language follows a Neo-Classical style, thoughtfully interpreted within the local Awadhi context, resulting in a design that blends timeless elegance with regional identity. The massing, proportions, and façade articulation are carefully composed to create a sense of scale and visual harmony.

The interiors continue this design ethos, combining neo-classical detailing with a contemporary sensibility. Elements such as Italian marble cladding and classical pilasters are refined through clean lines, subtle curves, and a restrained material palette, resulting in spaces that feel elegant, warm, and timeless.

The project incorporates advanced building services and sustainability systems, including rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and a centralized cooling, heating, and fresh air system to ensure energy efficiency and enhanced indoor environmental quality.

A carefully designed landscape strategy extends the living experience outdoors, introducing greenery, visual buffers, and functional open spaces that enhance privacy and strengthen the connection with nature. Overall, the project reflects a cohesive integration of planning, architecture, interiors, services, and landscape.
