Braj Neel Residence

Braj Neel Residence is a thoughtfully designed residential interior project that celebrates an open, warm, and highly functional living environment tailored to the lifestyle of a close-knit couple who enjoys cooking and hosting family and friends.

The core design follows an open-plan spatial concept, where the kitchen, dining, and living areas are seamlessly integrated into one continuous space. This fluid layout encourages interaction, allowing the homeowners to cook, engage, and entertain simultaneously without spatial separation, creating a truly social and inclusive home environment.

A key focus of the design was functional concealment and visual clarity. Utility spaces and appliances such as the dishwasher, washer, and dryer are intelligently concealed within custom cabinetry, finished with rattan jali detailing, ensuring a clean and uncluttered aesthetic while maintaining full functionality.

The material palette is inspired by contemporary earthy aesthetics, incorporating rattan textures, wall beading, and a soft combination of dusty pink and beige tones. These elements bring warmth, tactility, and subtle elegance to the interiors while maintaining a cohesive visual language throughout the home.

The master toilet and dressing area are combined into a larger, unified space to enhance usability, comfort, and spatial generosity, offering a more relaxed and functional daily experience. Storage solutions are seamlessly integrated as architectural elements with minimal hardware, reinforcing a clean and refined spatial language.
