Refund Policy
If the customer requests a refund within 30 days of the project completion date and the project was completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, a refund will be issued.
If the project was not completed according to the agreed-upon specifications, the customer may be eligible for a partial refund.
If the customer cancels the project before any work has started, a refund will be issued.
If the customer cancels the project after work has started but before completion, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
If the customer cancels the project after completion and after the 15-day refund period has ended, no refund will be issued.
