EPPL Office

Emerald Paper Products Pvt. Ltd. is a leading corrugated packaging manufacturer located in Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, operating a state-of-the-art facility spread over 3 acres (≈130,680 sq.ft) with a covered production area of around 50,000 sq.ft, expandable up to 85,000 sq.ft. The plant’s architecture is geared toward efficient material flow, optimized production layout, and worker safety, with integrated systems for environmental responsibility, including green fuel systems and pollution control equipment.

Within this industrial campus, a 4,000 sq.ft office was designed to provide a functional yet contemporary workspace overlooking the production floor. The office includes conference and meeting rooms, pantry, and staff lunch areas, all designed to maximize natural light, visual connectivity, and acoustic comfort. Large soundproof openings ensure transparency to the factory operations while minimizing noise, creating an environment that balances operational oversight with workplace comfort.

The interior design focused on clean lines, modern finishes, and ergonomic spatial planning, emphasizing both aesthetics and functionality. Material palettes, lighting design, and furniture layouts were carefully curated to reflect a professional, contemporary identity for the company, while providing a welcoming and efficient work environment for employees.

The project demonstrates how industrial context and interior design can coexist harmoniously, creating office spaces that are visually engaging, operationally efficient, and aligned with corporate identity.
