Roles & Responsibility:

  1. Handle the recruitment and selection process
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  3. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  4. Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance
  5. Compensation benefits design & administration
  6. Handling other HR-related tasks and activities

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  1. Degree/Diploma in human resource management, business administration.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Should have strong leadership quality.
  4. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic and challenging environment.
  5. Internship or any experience in HR will be a plus
