Job Description:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
  • Ad Creation & Copywriting: Develop compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing page strategies to improve CTR, conversions, and overall ROI.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track spending, and adjust bids to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance through analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Run experiments on various aspects of campaigns (ad copy, creative, targeting, etc.) to optimize performance and find the most effective strategies.
  • SEO & SEM Alignment: Collaborate with SEO teams to ensure SEM strategies are aligned with organic efforts and improve overall search visibility.
  • Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Develop and test audience segmentation strategies to target the most relevant and high-converting segments.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitor activities and trends in the digital advertising landscape to recommend adjustments and new opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, content, and data teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
