Sriram Marbles Showroom is a large-format marble and tiles showroom designed to address the specific spatial, structural, and operational requirements of handling and displaying heavy building materials. The project balances flexible display planning with robust infrastructure, creating an efficient and visually prominent commercial space.

The architectural planning features a column-free central floor space, allowing complete flexibility in organizing marble and tile displays, circulation, and storage layouts as per changing business needs. This open-span environment ensures clear visibility and ease of movement across the showroom.

A striking glass façade enhances maximum visibility, bringing in natural light and establishing a strong visual connection with the exterior, making the showroom more inviting and commercially engaging.

The site is planned with a generous 60-foot front setback, enabling smooth movement, loading, and unloading of large trucks carrying marble slabs and tile consignments. This ensures seamless logistics while maintaining a clean and organized front interface.

The structure is specifically engineered to bear heavy loads, accommodating the weight of both marble slabs and tile stacks, ensuring durability, safety, and long-term performance.

Due to the low-lying nature of the site, a one-floor level difference between the front and rear has been efficiently utilized. Access to the rear open yard is provided through a basement-level connection, allowing smooth material movement and better site utilization.
