3. Payments

3.1. Clients agree to pay the fees as outlined in the agreement or proposal for the Services rendered by the Company.

3.2. Payments must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the Services provided by the Company remain the exclusive property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4.2. Clients retain ownership of any materials or data provided to the Company for use in providing the Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. We strive to deliver high-quality services. However, We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use Our Services.

5.2. Our liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for those Services.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the provision of Services.

7. Termination

7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement for Services if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms, subject to any notice requirements specified in the agreement.

7.2. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all Services provided up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or Services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi Jurisdiction.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on Our website.
